The Building Performance Specialist will work across all HGA offices, supporting project teams and addressing a range of design inquiries through all phases of design, with a focus on energy modeling.  Your primary responsibility will be to execute conceptual and compliance energy modeling and provide documentation for certification and code compliance.  You will also be expected to assist with executing a range of environmental simulation workflows, including, but not limited to, climate analysis, occupant comfort analysis, and façade optimization. In addition, this position will be part of HGA’s commissioning team and will assist with commissioning tasks when appropriate.  Your work will greatly help to differentiate and expand HGA’s commitment to and capability for sustainable design.
